(LATE DEVELOPMENTS: Lease signing was delayed due to additional insurance requirments. Signing should now occur mid September.)  The board of the Memphis Railroad and Trolley Museum has agreed in principle to lease Suite 121 in Memphis' Central Station, 545 South Main Street. The space was formerly occupied by More Space Place Furniture. This suite is adjacent and connects to the freight tunnels already leased by the MRTM and little renovation will be required before moving in. The lease is slated to commence on August 15 and we plan to open the first museum exhibit in this space in October. The Main Street frontage will greatly increase the MRTM's visibility.
